This bracket was designed so that the Lupo accelerator pedal assembly could be mounted in the Insight 1G. The Lupo used a drive by wire system. Now the Insight 1G is drive by wire. We could have designed our own system but it was much easier to design our own bracket using Google SketchUp. SketchUp is a free design program that is easy to use, powerful, and quite useful for rendering custom designs so others can see what you're thinking. It also allows one to verify an idea with a good picture before cutting metal--a highly recommended program that is absolutely free. Put your computer to work for you.
