Welder and Fabricator
Mark Phippen was formally trained as a welder while in the Navy. He served from the early 90's until 2001 when an accident forced him out of the service. Now Mark does what he likes doing: applying knowledge to design and fabricate new and interesting things. He has an uncommon curiosity and just about everything and needs to weld like most people need to breathe. Mark claims he can TIG weld two aluminum cans together. Which means all the work he did on the Insight 1G was a piece of cake. Check out what Mark likes to do in his free time.
